When you contact me through this website, whether directly by email or telephone, through the contact form, or through the form to schedule a consultation, it will require collecting some of your personal information. I will use the personal information you provide only for the purpose for which you provided it. For example, if you give me your telephone number so that I can call you for a consultation, I will use that telephone for the scheduled consultation and nothing else without your further consent. You always control your own data and can take away your consent at any time.

You should not send any confidential information to me until we have each signed an agreement that

describes the scope and nature of my representation of you, and that creates an attorney client relationship. Once we have established an attorney-client relationship, you will receive access to a client portal to use for sharing documents and other information with me.
